课改以来,创新教育越来越被关注和推崇。然而,不少老师为了体现创新,处处标新立异,放弃传统,甚至全盘否定传统。创新的源泉是继承,传统的课堂教学是在教学的发展过程中逐渐形成并积淀下来的,它与新课程的教学活动不是完全一致的,但两者不是相互排斥、二元对立的,而是处于并存和互动的状态。许多传统的教育思想对今天的教育教学仍然具有指导意义,我们应该对其中仍有生命力的精髓予以肯定,并结合新时代精神进行创造性的融汇和贯通,取其精华,去其糟粕。如果我们在批判地继承传统的基础上,客观分析我们现今的实际情况, 有的放矢地进行创新活动,定会收到事半功倍的效果。但倘若,我们为了体现所谓的创新,将前人优秀的做法抛在一旁,去开辟新的领地,这样必定会使我们走很多的弯路, 得不偿失。

However, if we are to embody so-called innovations, we must set aside the good practices of our predecessors and open up new territories. This will surely make us take a lot of detours rather than gain.
