关于在硒的生理剂量或低硒状态下,对抗氧化功能的影响,国内外做了大量的研究工作,国内还将硒用于预防克山病也取得了重大成果。但是,关于高硒对机体生化作用的基础资料,尤其是高硒对抗氧化作用影响的资料,所见报道甚少。所以研究不同摄硒量(包括摄硒不足或摄硒过量,简称低硒或高硒)对抗氧化作用的影响,寻找硒在体内状态的有效判定指标,具有理论和实际意义。本文研究了不同含硒量的饲料对大鼠抗氧化作用的影响,补充不同剂量硒对抗氧化作用的影响,动态观察了血硒、尿硒(原子荧光法)谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Hafeman改良法),血清脂质过氧化物含量(TBA荧光法)及体重增长速度等,并将其相互关系做了初步研究。
