于大豆2,4,6片复叶期,喷施多效唑(Paclobutrazol,PP_(333)),浓度为0,100,200和400ppm。调查测定结果显示,用PP_(333)处理大豆苗,能抑制豆株纵向伸长生长,促进豆茎横向增粗生长,可使株高下降27~48%,茎粗增加9~29%。对豆茎节数无影响,只是使节间缩短,叶柄缩短。分枝明显增多,可增加30~85%。主茎荚数可提高8~26%,分枝荚数可提高17~80%。叶绿体含量明显增加,叶绿素a增加29~40%,叶绿素b增加28~39%,光合速率可提高7~25%。并提高了抗旱性和抗倒能力。
Paclobutrazol (PP_ (333)) was sprayed on the 2, 4, and 6-foliar phase of soybean at concentrations of 0, 100, 200 and 400 ppm. The investigation results showed that the treatment of soybean seedling with PP_ (333) could inhibit the longitudinal elongation growth of soybean plants and promote the lateral growth of soybean stems, which could reduce the plant height by 27 ~ 48% and the stem diameter by 9 ~ 29%. No effect on the number of bean stalks, but to shorten the internode, petiole shortened. Branches significantly increased, can increase 30 ~ 85%. The number of main stem pods can be increased by 8-26%, and the number of pod branches can be increased by 17-80%. Chloroplast content increased significantly, chlorophyll a increased 29 ~ 40%, chlorophyll b increased 28 ~ 39%, photosynthetic rate can be increased by 7 ~ 25%.
