在本次竞赛中获得一等奖的设计方案聚焦于北京东莞新馆的改造和更新。项目处于宣西北片区,该历史地段位于北京内城城门宣武门外西侧。由于满汉分治的政策,外域中临近城门的地带成为汉族学者、考生和社会活动家的集会和居住地,会馆鳞次栉比,宣西北片区也不例外。东莞新馆是现存为数不多的见证了这种独特社会形态的历史遗迹之一,它由在京的广东东莞籍名人出资建造,并服务于同乡。如今,宣西北片区被划定为历史风貌协调区,而东莞新馆属于西城区登记不可移动文物。
The first prize in the contest design program focused on the renovation and renovation of the new Beijing Hall in Beijing. The project is located in the Northwest Xuanwu District, which is located on the west side of Xuanwumen, an inner city gate of Beijing. Because of Manchuria’s policy of dividing the country, the area adjacent to the city gate in the outlying areas has become a gathering place and residence for Han scholars, candidates and social activists. The pavilions are paralleled and the declared area is no exception. Dongguan New Museum is one of the few existing historical sites that witnessed this unique social formation. It is funded by famous celebrities in Dongguan, Guangdong province, and serves its fellow citizens. Now, the declared Northwest Area is designated as the coordination of historical style, and Dongguan New Museum belongs to Xicheng District registration of immovable artifacts.
