采用激光熔覆技术基于压片预置式法在高温合金基体上制备NiCoCrAlY熔覆涂层,分析讨论粉末压片冷等静压处理对其熔覆涂层结合界面的影响。研究表明,粉末压片冷等静压处理后熔覆试样的宏观形貌更加完整连续,同时能够改善熔覆涂层与基体结合界面间的裂纹现象。对其机理进一步分析可知:冷等静压处理后的粉末压片的厚度变薄,致密度增加,熔覆所需要的激光比能增加,从而提高了熔覆层结合界面的质量。
The NiCoCrAlY cladding coating was prepared on the superalloy substrate by laser cladding technology based on the tabletting preloading method. The influence of the cold isostatic pressing treatment on the bonding interface of the coating was analyzed. The results show that the macroscopic morphology of the cladding samples after cold isostatic pressing is more complete and continuous, and the crack between the coating and the substrate can be improved. Further analysis of the mechanism shows that the thickness of the cold pressed powder tablet after cold isostatic pressing becomes thinner and the density increases, and the laser specific energy required for cladding increases, thereby improving the quality of the bonded interface of the cladding layer.
