目的:了解门急诊处方存在的问题,为规范临床处方行为、促进合理用药提供参考。方法:以Excel表格汇总我院2010年4月~2011年3月抽查的处方共1320张;统计处方工作评价表中的各有关工作数据,按《医院处方评价管理规范(试行)》评价处方质量。结果:1320张处方中不规范处方248张,用药不适宜处方126张,超常处方42张;合理性处方所占比例为68.5%。结论:应提高处方质量意识,加强医师、药师的规范化培训;采取有效的干预手段,以提高门急诊处方的整体质量水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the existing problems in emergency department prescriptions and provide reference for standardizing clinical prescriptions and promoting rational drug use. Methods: A total of 1320 prescriptions in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2011 were collected in Excel format. The relevant work data in the evaluation form of prescriptions were evaluated according to the “Management Regulations of Hospital Prescription Evaluation (Trial)” to evaluate the quality of prescriptions . Results: There were 248 prescriptions out of 1320 prescriptions, 126 prescriptions unsuitable for medication and 42 supernormal prescriptions. The proportion of rational prescriptions was 68.5%. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the quality awareness of prescriptions, to strengthen the standardized training of physicians and pharmacists, and to take effective interventions to improve the overall quality of prescriptions.
