鉴别不同产地花蕊石的真伪,测定真、伪花蕊石中Mg、Ca、Al、Fe金属元素的含量,建立花蕊石的鉴别方法。运用傅里叶红外光谱法及电感耦合等离子体-质谱法,通过红外特征峰的归属,测定Mg、Ca、Al、Fe金属元素含量及Ca/Mg差异,对不同产地的花蕊石进行真伪的鉴别及元素含量测定。10个产地的样品中,其中1、3、4、5、6、7、8号样品为真品,2、9、10号样品为伪品。红外光谱法与电感耦合等离子体-质谱法联用可以更准确的鉴别花蕊石真伪,并通过金属元素的含量来判断真品的质量,为花蕊石的鉴别和质量控制提供可靠的依据。
