下岗职工问题已经成为我国当前和今后一段时期内比较突出的社会问题 ,下岗使下岗职工的经济生活、精神状况发生变化 ,给他们造成了巨大的心理压力 ,出现了心理上的危机。当前下岗职工普遍存在着理性上的自我困惑、价值上的自我否定、精神上的自我疲软、就业上的等靠要、择业上的恋旧和高期望心理。认知论、情感论、意志论、需要理论、主人翁理论以及社会记忆理论的观点诉说了下岗职工心理问题产生的必然性。要减缓下岗职工的心理危机 ,国家必须从政策、环境以及下岗职工本身进行综合调节
The issue of laid-off workers has become a prominent social issue in our country for some time to come. The laid-off workers have brought about a change in their economic life and mental conditions, which have caused tremendous psychological pressure on them and brought about a psychological crisis. At present, laid-off workers are generally confronted with rational self-confusion, self-denial in value, mental self-weakness, dependence on employment, choice of career in love and high expectation. Cognitive theory, sentiment theory, volition theory, need theory, the theory of ownership and social memory theory point out the inevitability of laid-off workers psychological problems. To ease the psychological crisis of laid-off workers, the state must comprehensively adjust its policies and the environment as well as the laid-off workers themselves
