目的:探讨肾移植术后妊娠的相关问题及处理对策。方法:回顾本院收治的2例肾移植术后妊娠患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献报道进行分析。结果:2例患者中1例于肾移植术后8年顺产一胎,胎儿出生后0.5h窒息死亡。第2次妊娠为肾移植术后9年,期间肾功能轻度异常,移植肾二维超声及彩色超声检查未见异常,于腰硬联合麻醉下行子宫下段剖宫产术,娩出一正常活男婴,随访至今,男孩体健,生长发育情况智力与同龄儿相当。另1例患者肾移植术后2年妊娠,期间出现肾功能异常,于妊娠2月余行人工流产术中止妊娠,术后肾功能持续异常,转肾内科治疗。结论:肾移植术后妊娠的时机选择很关键,对于一些肾移植术后妊娠患者,出现终止妊娠的指征时需给予医源性终止妊娠。
Objective: To investigate the related problems of pregnancy after kidney transplantation and its treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 2 cases of post-transplant pregnancy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed in the related literatures. Results: One of the 2 patients died of asphyxia at 0.5h after birth after one child was delivered one year after renal transplantation 8 years after birth. Another case of 2 years after renal transplantation, pregnancy, renal dysfunction occurred during the second trimester of pregnancy induced abortion termination of pregnancy, postoperative renal dysfunction, renal medicine treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The timing of pregnancy after renal transplantation is crucial. For some pregnant women who have undergone renal transplantation, an iatrogenic termination of pregnancy is required for indications of termination of pregnancy.
