运用体外实验、对Vc/FeSO_4。诱发的微粒体脂质过氧化(LP)发生条件及反应历程进行了探讨。结果表明:在37℃水浴30min,微粒体蛋白浓度为1.0mg/ml,4μmol/LFeSO_4.pH值7.4的0.1mol/LTris-HCl缓冲浪的条件下,Vc低浓度(0.25mmol/L以下)时可刺激LP,但高浓度的Vc(>0.25mmol/L)则抑制LP,其中Vc为0.05mmol/L时.微粒体中MDA含量于反应后迅速上升,30min达到高峰.以后趋于平稳。揭示:一定比例的Vc/FeSO_4可有效地激发微粒体LP。本研究初步建立了微粒体LP模型。
In vitro experiments, the Vc / FeSO_4. Induced microsomal lipid peroxidation (LP) the occurrence of conditions and reaction process were discussed. The content of MDA in microsome increased rapidly after the reaction, reached the peak at 30min, then stabilized. It is revealed that a certain proportion of Vc / FeSO 4 can effectively stimulate microsomal LP. In this study, a microscopic LP model was established.
