由于现实中的九年义务教育已逐渐实现真正免费,非特困家庭,尤其是城镇家庭,供小孩读书,基本上不存在经济上的过重负担。故可据此推定,在新课改实施中,家长的“非经济负担”有了新的变化。为了全面了解和分析家长对新课程的态度以及在教育和指导孩子学习时承受的负担,探讨合理有效的家校合作方式,特开展本项调查研究,为下一步深入推进实施新课程改革,加强家校合作提出若干有借鉴价值的建议。
As the reality of nine-year compulsory education has gradually realized a truly free and non-destitute families, especially urban families, for children to study, there is basically no financial burden on them. Therefore, it can be inferred that in the implementation of the new curriculum reform, parents have made new changes in the “non-financial burden.” In order to comprehensively understand and analyze the parents’ attitudes towards the new curriculum and the burden they have to bear in educating and guiding their children to study, and to explore a reasonable and effective method of cooperation between home and school, this survey and study should be carried out to enhance and further promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform in the next step Home-school cooperation put forward a number of suggestions for reference.
