军事院校心理教育工作在实践中,首先应厘清心理教育与思想教育、心理素质与身体素质、价值中立与政治导向、尊重接受与服从天职等概念的区别与联系。在此基础上,军事院校心理教育工作者应努力构建多维度的工作体系,具体而言,建立层次化心理教育目标、多样化心理教育载体、科学化心理教育程序和专业化心理教育团队。
In practice, the psychological education in military academies should first clarify the differences and connections between psychological education and ideological education, psychological qualities and physical fitness, value neutrality and political orientation, and respecting concepts such as bona fide acceptance and obedience. On this basis, psychological education workers in military academies should strive to build a multi-dimensional work system. Specifically, they should set up the goals of multi-dimensional psychological education, diversified psychological education vectors, scientific psychological education programs, and specialized psychological education teams.
