煤的催化燃烧存在氧传递和电子转移两种理论解释,催化剂能够增加煤的挥发分的拆出速率,缩短燃烧时间,提高煤的着火速度,加快焦碳的燃烧速度,并具有脱硫脱氮作用。对于相同的阴离子,不同阳离子的催化活性顺序是Cs>Rb>K>Na>Ba>Li>Sr>Ca>Mg>Be,对于相同的阳离子,不同阴离子的催化活性顺序是OH->CO2-3>CL->SO2-4。灰是内存催化剂。外加催化剂的添加方法严重地影响催化效果。
There are two theoretical explanations for the catalytic combustion of coal: oxygen transfer and electron transfer. The catalyst can increase the rate of disassembly of coal volatile, shorten the burning time, increase the ignition speed of coal, accelerate the burning rate of coke, and have the functions of desulfurization and denitrification . For the same anion, the order of the catalytic activities of different cations is Cs> Rb> K> Na> Ba> Li> Sr> Ca> Mg> Be. For the same cation, the order of the catalytic activities of different anions is OH-> > CL-> SO2-4. Ash is a memory catalyst. The addition of additional catalyst severely affects the catalytic effect.
