校企合作是职业教育与企业发展的必然选择,是被实践证明了的成功的技能人才培养模式。校企合作使企业、学校、学生、社会实现多方互惠共赢。该文对云南热带作物职业学院生物技术及应用专业校企合作的现状进行了简要分析,对校企合作共育人才培养模式的培养内容、关键问题等进行了阐述,以期为进一步的深度合作奠定理论基础。
