采用环缝式电磁搅拌流变连续铸造技术制备A357铝合金铸坯,分析了搅拌电流、搅拌频率和搅拌缝隙宽度对坯料显微组织的影响规律.结果表明:环缝式电磁搅拌流变连续铸造技术制备的A357铝合金铸坯的显微组织从边部到心部分布比较均匀,初生α(Al)相为球状或蔷薇状;随着搅拌电流或频率的增大,铸坯显微组织中蔷薇状初生α(Al)相明显减少,球状初生α(Al)相形貌越趋圆整;较小的搅拌缝隙宽度有利于获得均匀细小、球状的凝固组织.
A357 aluminum alloy billet was prepared by annular seam electromagnetic stirring rheological continuous casting technology.The influence of stirring current, stirring frequency and stirring gap width on the microstructure of the billet was analyzed.The results show that the ring seam electromagnetic stirring rheological continuous casting The microstructure of A357 aluminum alloy billets prepared by technology was relatively uniform from side to heart, and the primary α (Al) phase was spherical or rosette. With the increase of stirring current or frequency, the microstructure of slab The rosette-like primary α (Al) phase decreased significantly, and the morphology of spherical primary α (Al) phase became more and more rounded. The smaller agitation slit width was favorable for obtaining uniformly fine and spherical solidified tissues.
