间接荧光抗体试验(IFA)是疟疾流行病学调查研究的常用方法。国内一般是用食蟹猴疟原虫作抗原。该抗原的特异性、敏感性以及在疟疾现场调查中的应用均有报导。本所1987年从中国预防医学科学院寄生虫病研究所(以下称中国寄研所)引进了该片制作技术制备抗原片获得成功现予报导。材料与方法一、食蟹猴疟原虫抗原片的制作1.动物模型的建立虫株:食蟹猴疟原虫(Plasmodiumcynomolgi)由中国寄研所馈赠。
