本文提出了粉煤灰的烧胀机理主要是由2Fe_20_3+C→4FeO+CO_2↑这一反应而引起的假设,并加以了论证。因此,粉煤灰原料中Fe_2O_3同C的比值是影响其烧胀性能的主要因素,这一论点也可供研究其他含碳原料(例如煤矸石)的烧胀性能时参考。
This paper proposes that the mechanism of the sintering and expansion of fly ash is mainly caused by the reaction of 2Fe_20_3+C→4FeO+CO_2↑, and has been demonstrated. Therefore, the ratio of Fe2O3 to C in fly ash raw materials is the main factor affecting the sintering performance. This argument can also be used as a reference when studying the properties of other carbon-containing raw materials such as coal gangue.
