近几年来,我队在勘探水泥用灰岩过程中,采用天然表镶金刚石钻头进行小口径钻进,取得了较为显著的效果.为进一步提高在该种地层中小口径钻进的技术经济效果,1980~1981年又试用了冶金部地质研究所制造的人造聚晶金刚石钻头,现将试用情况简介于下. 1980年10月,在北京灰石厂开采车间山场试验建材部地质公司试制的全液压动力头式样机的同时,试用了两个(31号和38号)φ46毫米人造聚晶金刚石钻头.钻头唇部镶有直径为2.0~2.5毫米的人造金刚石聚晶粒,排列如图1所示钻进地层为致密灰岩,可钻性5~6级.钻
