为了探讨酒精对动物机体的影响,本研究选用雄性(20~309)、雌性(20~26g)昆明小鼠各30只,雄性随机均分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,雌性随机均分为Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组.小鼠分别以纯水(Ⅰ、Ⅳ组)、5%酒精(Ⅱ、Ⅴ组)、1O%酒精(Ⅲ、Ⅵ组)为唯一饮料连续喂养60d后,戊巴比妥钠(40mg/kg,ip)麻醉取材.分别测量并计算每一动物的体重增加量、麻醉时间、以及全脑、大脑、小脑、肝脏和睾丸(雄性)的重量.结果显示:①随着酒精浓度提高,雄性小鼠的体重增加量变大(p<0.05),而雌性变小(p<0.05).②随着酒精浓度提高,雌、雄性小鼠的麻醉时间均缩短(p<0.05).③Ⅲ组小脑重量与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比显著变小(p<0.05).④与Ⅳ组肝脏的重量相比较,Ⅴ组减轻(p<0.05)而Ⅵ增重(p<0.01).⑤除上述变化外
In order to investigate the effect of alcohol on animal body, 30 male Kunming mice (20 ~ 309) and female (20 ~ 26g) were selected. The male were randomly divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. , Ⅴ and Ⅵ groups.The mice were fed with pure water (Ⅰ and Ⅳ), alcohol (Ⅱ and Ⅴ), alcohol (Ⅲ and Ⅵ) (40mg / kg, ip), the body weight gain, anesthesia time, weight of whole brain, cerebrum, cerebellum, liver and testis (male) were measured and calculated respectively.The results showed that: (P <0.05), while the females became smaller (p <0.05) .②With the increase of alcohol concentration, the anesthesia time of both male and female mice was shortened (p <0.05). (3) The cerebellar weight of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (p <0.05) .④Compared with the weight of group Ⅳ, the weight of groupⅤ decreased (p <0.05) and the weight of group Ⅵ increased (p <0.01) The above changes
