济钢第二炼铁厂三座1750m3高炉炉顶原有均压放散阀的结构存在缺陷,密封性不好,经常出现因放散阀关不严被迫倒系统影响高炉正常生产的现象;炉顶上、下料罐的耐磨问题也一直制约高炉的安全生产,严重时出现料罐磨穿洒料、高炉煤气外泄的现象,存在下料罐爆炸和周边人员煤气中毒的安全隐患。为了改变这种被动局面,该厂通过一系列的改造,消除了设备隐患,有效保障了高炉的安全生产。
The structure of the original pressure equalization relief valve of the three 1750m3 blast furnace roofs of the second ironworks of Jinan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is flawed and its sealing performance is not good. The phenomenon of normal production of the blast furnace is often hindered by the fact that the valve of the release valve is not strictly controlled. The wear resistance of the upper and lower feeding tanks has also restricted the safe operation of the blast furnace. In severe cases, there is a phenomenon that the feeding tank and the blast furnace gas are leaked when there is a serious situation, and there is a potential safety hazard caused by explosion of the feeding tank and the gas poisoning of the surrounding personnel. In order to change this passive situation, the plant through a series of transformation, eliminating the hidden dangers of equipment, effectively protect the blast furnace safety.
