[商品名]Zavedos[药理作用]本品(4-脱甲氧基正定霉素)为正定霉素的同系物,属蒽环类抗生素。适用于治疗成人急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)和成人与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的抗有丝分裂和细胞毒药物。治疗血液恶性肿瘤主要依靠单独使用或合并用药中首选的葱环类药物,但它可能的积蓄和不可逆的心脏毒性使其应用受到了限制。伊达比星通过干扰DNA构形异构酶(切、蜘~se)且活性、造成细胞死亡而发挥抗癌作用。
[Trade name] Zavedos [Pharmacological effects] This product (4-demethoxy-daunomycin) is the homologue of n-amikacin and belongs to anthracycline antibiotic. Suitable for the treatment of adult acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) and adult and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) anti-mitotic and cytotoxic drugs. The treatment of hematological malignancies relies primarily on the use of the onion ring, which is the first choice of treatment alone or in combination, but its potential savings and irreversible cardiotoxicity have limited its use. Idarubicin exerts anti-cancer effects by interfering with DNA configurational isomerase (FAD, FAS-se) and causing cell death.
