改革开放20年来,我国火电工程建设突飞猛进,有力地支持了国民经济高速增长的需要,到2002年全国装机容量达到3.5亿千瓦。按照全面建设小康社会的战略需要,到2020年全国总装机容量将达到9亿千瓦,由此可知,电力建设与发展的任务十分艰巨。近年来,国家根据火电建设的实际情况,陆续制定和印发了一系列相关的规章制度,对电力建设进行规范和引导,特别是对火电工程启动调试工作提出了具体规定和要求。鉴于我国目前还没有一套系统介绍火电机组启动调试的工具类书籍,从2000年起,我与公司系统22位同志一起,开始筹划编写一部能广泛反映当前火电施工调试
In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, the construction of thermal power projects in our country has progressed by leaps and bounds, effectively supporting the need of the rapid growth of the national economy. By 2002, the national installed capacity reached 350 million kilowatts. According to the strategic needs of building an overall well-to-do society, the total installed capacity in China will reach 900 million kilowatts by 2020, indicating that the task of power construction and development is arduous. In recent years, the state has successively formulated and printed a series of relevant rules and regulations in accordance with the actual situation of thermal power construction, regulating and guiding electric power construction, and in particular, put forward specific provisions and requirements for the start-up and commissioning of thermal power engineering. In view of the fact that there is not a set of tools in our country to introduce the start-up and debugging of thermal power units, from 2000 onwards, with 22 comrades in the company system, I started to plan and compile a tool that can widely reflect the current thermal power construction and commissioning
