《中华人民共和国就业促进法》(以下简称《就业促进法》)已于2007年8月30日由全国人大常委会第二十九次会议审议通过,将于2008年1月1日起施行。《就业促进法》的颁布有利于解决我国就业工作中面临的突出矛盾和问题,形成促进就业的长效机制;有利于推动我国的就业工作法治化、制度化。各级劳动保障部门要充分认识《就业促进法》的重要意义,把贯彻实施《就业促进法》作为当前劳动保障工作的重要任务,采取切实有效措施,认真做好贯彻实施工作。
The Employment Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Promotion Law) was reviewed and approved by the 29th NPC Standing Committee on August 30, 2007 and will come into effect on January 1, 2008. The promulgation of the Employment Promotion Law is conducive to resolving outstanding contradictions and problems in employment in our country and forming a long-term mechanism for promoting employment. It is also conducive to promoting the legalization and institutionalization of employment in our country. The labor and social security departments at all levels should fully understand the significance of the Employment Promotion Law and take the implementation of the Employment Promotion Law as the important task of the current labor security work. They should take practical and effective measures and earnestly implement the work.
