视网膜血管白线化常见于视网膜动脉硬化、动脉阻塞、动脉周围炎以及视网膜静脉阻塞和视网膜静脉周围炎晚期。作者观察59例视网膜白线血管,经过裂隙灯、眼底检查及眼底荧光照相详细观察,其中视网膜静脉阻塞37例、糖尿病性视网膜病变15例、动脉阻塞2例,先天性血管白鞘2例、视神经萎缩1例、视网膜色素变性1例、视网膜血管炎1例,从视网膜循环的角度作临床分类进行探讨。白线血管Adam在组织学上分为①血管壁硬化。②由于神经胶质肥厚,形成鞘包围血管的增殖物。③血管周围淋巴间隙内的白细胞浸润,充满渗出液与血管周围炎一致。 59例白线血管病因从临床方面可分为: 1.先天性血管白鞘:是指视乳头内及视乳头周围血管有透明样血管白鞘。一般向视网膜伸展
Retinal vascular white line is common in retinal atherosclerosis, arterial obstruction, periarteritis and retinal vein occlusion and retinal vein inflammation late.
