藏区高校英语学科教学体系发展滞后是影响英语教学质量提高的重要因素。发展和完善藏区高校的英语学科教学体系,必须在充分利用、合理发展藏区高校民族教育资源的基础上,协调外部因素与内部因素之间的相互关系,加强校本课程的研究与开发,并加强对外交流与合作。
