兰州地磁台是我国解放后首批新建的台站,已有二十多年的连续工作历史,是我国西北地区能提供完整的地磁观测报告的老台站;从一九七九年起,经国家批准正式参加国际资料交换,被国外同行视为全球主要地磁台站之一。随着仪器装备的更新和补充,急需进一步改善观测条件和增建第三观测室,遂于一九八○年根据国家地震局(80)震发计字第012号文件下达的基本建设项目进行第二观测室设计和建筑。在设计中参照国家地震局编制的《地震台站观测规范》有关对地磁台建筑的技术要求,并吸取了兄弟单位一些地磁台建设的宝贵经验。
Lanzhou Geomagnetic Station is the first batch of newly-built stations after the liberation in China. It has more than 20 years of continuous working history and is an old station capable of providing complete geomagnetic observation reports in the northwest of China. Since 1979, The state ratified the formal participation in international exchange of information and was regarded by foreign counterparts as one of the major geomagnetic stations in the world. As the equipment and equipment were updated and supplemented, further improvement of the observation conditions and the construction of a third observation room were urgently needed. In 1980, the project was carried out in accordance with the capital construction project issued by the State Seismological Bureau (80) Zhen Fa Zhi Zi No. 012 Second Observation Room Design and Building. Reference to the “Seismic Station Observation Specifications” prepared by the State Seismological Bureau in the design of the technical requirements for the construction of geomagnetic Taiwan, and learned some valuable experience of the construction of some units of geomagnetic units.
