目的了解质控分析平台在综合医院传染病疫情管理中的应用情况,为探索有效的传染病疫情管理模式提供科学依据。方法医院每月召开专题质控分析会,反馈传染病报告病种、例数、构成、报告率、要求、存在问题与奖罚等信息,构建医院传染病管理反馈分析平台。结果2011年全年报告传染病19种967例,报告率100.0%,及时率99.6%,填写完整率93.6%,规范率90.8%。结论质控分析为疫情管理部门与各业务科室在医院层面上提供实时的沟通交流平台,提高了全院传染病疫情管理工作质量。
Objective To understand the application of quality control analysis platform in the epidemic management of infectious diseases in general hospitals and provide a scientific basis for exploring effective epidemic management of infectious diseases. Methods The hospital held a monthly quality control analysis meeting to feed back information such as disease types, number of cases, composition, reporting rate, requirements, existing problems and rewards and punishment of infectious diseases so as to build a platform for hospital infectious disease management feedback analysis. Results Nineteen kinds of infectious diseases were reported in 967 cases in 2011, with a reported rate of 100.0% and timely rate of 99.6%. The complete rate of completion was 93.6% and the standard rate was 90.8%. Conclusion The quality control analysis provides a real-time communication and exchange platform for epidemic management departments and business departments at the hospital level, and improves the quality of infectious disease outbreak management in the hospital.
