冠心病心绞痛患者左室舒张功能的临床分析

本文用上海医用电子仪器厂生产的 S(?)-42型四通道生理记录仪,配接恒流式直接记录阻抗导纳插件,同步记录冠心病患者和健康人的心电图、心音图和左心前区阻抗微分图(LV(?)),纸速为100mm/s。受检的冠心病患者45人,男33,女12,年龄44-72岁,平均年龄58岁,其中稳定性心绞痛28例,不稳定性者17例,健康人(正常组)共40例,男24,女16,年龄40-65岁,平均55岁。结果显示:1.正常组与稳定性心绞痛所测值对比中,等容舒张期(IRP)、快速充盈期(RFT)和早期舒张时间(EDT)的测值有着显著差异(P<0.05),但房缩期(AST)的差异不明显。1.正常组与不稳定心绞痛各指标相比,IRP、RFT 和 EDT 均有非常显著 In this paper, the S (?) - 42 four-channel physiological recorder produced by Shanghai Medical Electronic Instrument Factory was used in conjunction with a constant current direct recording impedance admittance plug-in to simultaneously record the ECG, phonocardiogram and left heart of patients with coronary heart disease and healthy people Impedance front differential plot (LV (?)), Paper speed of 100mm / s.
