张载是北宋重要的经学家、理学家、教育家。张载教育思想的基础源于其理学思想中的“人性论”。张载教育思想的重点内容是儒家义理,其核心在于“礼教”。因为“知礼”能加强个人修养,是通向至善的途径。“知礼”、“行礼”有助于敦化社会风气。在教育方法上,他对教师和学生都提出了具体要求。教师的教学方法重要的是“感化”;学生的学习方法主要是“三心”——“立心”、“虚心”、“尽心”。张载的一些教学内容已不能顺应今天的时代,但他的一些教学理念,一些教学方法仍然有着生命力。
Zhang Zai is an important scholar, philosopher and educator in the Northern Song Dynasty. The basis of Zhang Zai’s educational thought stems from “theory of human nature ” in his jurisprudence. The key content of Zhang Zai’s educational thought is Confucian justice, whose core lies in “ritual education”. Because “Knowing Ceremony ” can enhance personal accomplishment, is the way to the best. “Knowing Ceremony ”, “Ceremony ” helps Dunhua social ethos. In terms of educational methods, he put forward specific requirements for teachers and students. Teachers’ teaching methods are important “probation ”; student learning methods are mainly “three hearts” - “heart and soul ”, “open mind ”, “dedication ”. Some of Zhang Zai’s teaching content can no longer conform to today’s era, but some of his teaching philosophy, some teaching methods still have vitality.
