毛泽东高瞻远瞩1945年春,一向讲求效率的共产党人,把第七次全国代表大会开成了空前绝后的马拉松会议——从4月23日开到6月11日。会议期间,毛泽东指出:东北是一个极其重要的区域,如果东北能在我们领导之下,那我们的胜利就有了基础,也就是说确定了我们的胜利。现在我们这样一点根据地,被敌人分割得相当分散,各个山头、各个根据地都是不巩固的,没有工业,有灭亡的危险。所以,我们要争城市,要争那么一个整块的地方。如果我们有了一大块整个的根据地,包括东北在内,就全国范围来说,中国革命的胜利就有了基础,有了巩固的基础。
