本文研究了在车钩工作表面上用不同工艺涂覆耐磨层的耗能。用红外线摄像仪测量温度场变化的方法对这些工艺的能耗进行了比较,并画出了沿钩尾分布的温度曲线图。
In this paper, we study the energy consumption of coating the wear-resistant layer with different technics on the working surface of the coupler. The energy consumption of these processes was compared with the method of measuring the change of the temperature field with an infrared camera, and the temperature profile along the tail of the hook was drawn.
