氟乐灵是属二硝基苯胺类除草剂。我国于1978年引进试用,主要用于棉花和大豆田的除草。播种前作土壤处理,对一年生禾本科杂草,如稗草、狗尾草等有特效,有效期2—3个月;对灰草、苋菜、红蓼、苣(?)菜等有一定抑制作用,但对苍耳、刺蓼、苘麻、鸭趾草、三棱草等无效。土壤有机质含量对除草剂药效的发挥有很大影响,氟乐灵也一样。有机质含量较高的土壤对氟乐灵的吸附能力较强,需加大药量。目前,我国进口的氟乐灵是48％乳油,施用量每公顷3公斤,其土壤有机质含量与除草效果的关系,可见下表:
