研究了合成氯醇橡胶的高效催化剂:三异丁基铝—磷酸—给电子化合物组成的三元体系。指出,第三组份最好是叔胺噻唑或秋兰姆等既包含带独对电子的氮原子又无活性氢的化合物。给电子能力较弱的含氧化合物或某些含硫化合物不能作为催化剂的第三组份。第二组分磷酸不能用硫酸或磷酸三丁酯代替,活性中心必须含有Al-O-P键并与含氮等给电子化合物络合。通过对环氧氯丙烷与环氧乙烷竞聚率的测定以及对四氢呋喃能否用此催化剂聚合的试验,判断此催化剂是属于配位阴离子类型的。
The ternary system composed of triisobutylaluminum - phosphoric acid - electron donating compound was studied. It is pointed out that the third component is preferably a compound such as a tertiary amine thiazole or a thiuram which contains both a nitrogen atom with an electron pair and no active hydrogen. Oxygen-containing compounds or some sulfur-containing compounds which are less electron-donating can not be used as a third component of the catalyst. The second component of phosphoric acid can not be replaced by sulfuric acid or tributyl phosphate. The active site must contain Al-O-P bonds and complex with electron donating compounds such as nitrogen. Through the determination of the recycle ratio of epichlorohydrin and ethylene oxide and the test of whether or not tetrahydrofuran can be polymerized with this catalyst, it is judged that the catalyst belongs to the coordination anion type.
