目的:对白银市各级医疗卫生机构消毒效果进行监测,全面掌握我市近几年各级医疗卫生机构消毒现状,分析消毒工作中存在的问题,提出相应对策,预防和控制医源性感染事故的发生。方法:按照《消毒技术规范》(2002版)进行测定。结果:对2006年-2010年监测的医疗卫生机构监测结果进行统计学分析发现,不同级别的医疗卫生机构消毒质量存在显著性差异(χ2=15.14,P<0.01);不同监测样品的合格率不同,差别有统计学意义(χ2=35.57,P<0.01)。结论:各级医疗卫生机构消毒质量整体逐年有不同程度的提高,但消毒质量仍存在不少问题,应加强对医疗卫生机构医务人员消毒知识的培训,加大消毒监督监测力度。
OBJECTIVE: To monitor the disinfection effect of medical and health institutions at all levels in Baiyin City, fully grasp the current situation of disinfection in medical and health institutions at all levels in our city in recent years, analyze the problems existing in disinfection work, put forward corresponding countermeasures, prevent and control iatrogenic infection accidents happened. Methods: According to “Disinfection Technical Specifications” (2002 version) were measured. Results: The statistical analysis of monitoring results of medical and health institutions monitored from 2006 to 2010 showed that there were significant differences in the quality of disinfection among different levels of medical and health institutions (χ2 = 15.14, P <0.01); the passing rates of different monitoring samples were different , The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 35.57, P <0.01). Conclusion: The quality of disinfection of medical and health institutions at all levels has been improved in varying degrees year by year. However, there are still many problems in the quality of disinfection. Training on disinfection knowledge of medical staff in medical and health institutions should be strengthened and disinfection supervision and monitoring should be intensified.
