Intergranular segregation of phosphorus in nuclear reactor pressure vessel steel caused by neutron irradiation is one of the main factors that lead to brittle fracture of nuclear reactor pressure vessel.This paper presents the prediction of non-equilibrium segregation of impurity elements (mainly phosphorus) in the nuclear reactor pressure vessel steel Solute drag model and is compared with the rate theoretical model.The prediction results of this model are consistent with some recent experimental data of pressure vessel steels, including C-Mn and MnMoNi steels.
