本文分析了广西北部湾地区开发面临的形势和关键问题。按照“政产学研用”紧密结合的指导方针,参考美国麻省理工学院CDIO人才培训模式在知识、技能和实践方面的理念,提出了在北部湾地区新能源产业复合型人才的培养模式。我们认为,新能源产业复合型人才的CDIO本土化培养模式的实现需要政府、企业、高校和研究所全面密切合作,通过完善法律法规、明确合作机制、丰富教育资源、完善教育环境,切实提高大学生素质教育的质量和水平,实现人才培养目标。
This article analyzes the situation and key issues facing the development of Beibu Gulf in Guangxi. According to the guideline of “Combining Government, Industry and Research” and referring to the knowledge, skills and practice of CDIO talent training mode at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, this paper put forward the training mode of compound talents in the new energy industry in Beibu Gulf . In our opinion, the realization of the CDIO localization training mode for the new-energy industry complex talents requires full and close cooperation between the government, enterprises, universities and research institutes. By improving laws and regulations, clarifying cooperation mechanisms, enriching education resources, improving education environment, and effectively raising college students Quality education quality and level, to achieve the goal of personnel training.
