高速铁路电务设备状态良好是高速铁路服役安全的重要保障。在当前我国高铁运营里程快速增长、网络化运营条件日趋成熟的背景下,迫切需要对高铁电务系统服役安全、维护管理等相关问题展开研究。本文通过对我国高铁电务系统的维护管理现状进行梳理分析,提出将高铁电务设备维护划分为混合管理下高铁专业化、三位一体、委外三种维护管理模式,并分析各种模式的优缺点。总结提升电务维护管理水平的先进管理经验,对实行小车间大工区模式,厂家、电务段、工区三级维护责任模式和运管修一体化模式等三个方面进行论证,为我国高铁电务设备维护管理可持续发展给出指导性意见
High-speed railway service equipment in good condition is an important guarantee for the safety of high-speed railway service. Under the background of the rapid growth of high-speed railway operation mileage and the increasingly mature network operation conditions in China, it is urgently necessary to study the issues concerning the service safety, maintenance and management of the high-speed rail service system. Based on the analysis of the current status of the maintenance and management of the high-speed rail system in our country, this paper proposes to divide the maintenance of the high-speed rail system into three types of maintenance and management modes under the management of high-speed railway, including trinity and outsourcing, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each mode . Summarize the advanced management experience to enhance the level of maintenance and management of power service and demonstrate the implementation of the three-level maintenance responsibility mode and operation, maintenance and repair integration mode of large workshop area for small workshops, manufacturers, Service equipment maintenance and management of sustainable development gives guidance
