研制生产无毒性抗肿瘤药物，是抗肿瘤药物研究发展的方向，中草药提取为之开辟了新的渠道，榄香烯乳就是目前在中药温莪术中分离出来的具有抗癌活性新乳剂，而进一步挖掘中医治法，协同中草药提取物抗肿瘤最佳效应，亦是抗肿瘤面临的新课题。我们采用中医非药物疗法灸“神阙”协助榄香烯乳抗肿瘤治疗，已取得可喜局面。36例晚期胃癌患者随机应用榄香烯乳氟脲嘧啶（EF）配合灸“神阙”组（Ⅰ号方案，12例）同榄香烯乳氟脲嘧啶（EF）组（Ⅱ号方案，12例），榄香烯乳氟脲嘧啶（EF）辅以毒副反应对症处理组（Ⅲ号方案，12例）进行同期治疗，有效率分别为66．7％（8／12）、33．3％（4／12）、41．67（5／12）。毒副反应腹痛、恶心、呕吐分别为16．7％（2／12）、100％（12／12）、66．7％（8／12）；静脉炎及白细胞下降分别为25％（3／12）、58．1％（7／12）、50％（6／12）；血小板减少分别为0、8．3％（1／12）、8．3％（1／12），试验组与对照组有明显差异（P＜0．05）。临床观察表明：榄香烯乳氟脲嘧啶配合灸“神阙”方案可以显著地提高榄香烯乳对晚期胃癌的疗效，大幅度地降低其胃肠道副作用，减少血液学毒性，对延长患者生存期，提高患者生活质量有积极作用，更适合于年老体弱、骨髓功能不良及免疫功能低下
