以一品红 (Euphorbia pulcherrima willd)幼茎诱导出的愈伤组织为外植体 ,以 MS为基本培养基 ,设计不同浓度的 ZT,6-BA,NAA,IBA,IAA,2 ,4-D等单因子和不同比值的细胞分裂素和生长素组合实验 ,探讨不同植物生长调节物质及其组合对一品红器官 (芽、根 )分化的效应结果表明 ,在根的诱导分化时 ,单因子 MS+NAA0 .5 mg·L- 1配方最为有利 ,诱导率为 45 .6% ;组合因子配方中 MS+IBA0 .2 +NAA 0 .1 mg· L- 1 最好 ,诱导率为 89.0 % .在芽的诱导分化时 ,单因子配方 MS+ZT0 .5 mg· L- 1最高 ,组合因子配方中以 MS+ZT1 .0 mg·L- 1 +NAA0 .1 mg·L- 1最有利 ,诱导率分别为 5 2 .1 % ,95 .3 % .
The callus induced from young stems of Euphorbia pulcherrima willd was used as explants. Different concentrations of ZT, 6-BA, NAA, IBA, IAA, 2, 4-D Factors and different ratios of cytokinin and auxin were used to study the effects of different plant growth regulators and their combinations on the differentiation of Euphorbia pulcherrimus (buds and roots). The results showed that single factor MS + NAA0 was involved in the induction of root differentiation. 5 mg · L-1 was the most favorable one with the induction rate of 45.6%. The combination of MS + IBA0.2 + NAA0.1 mg · L-1 was the best and the induction rate was 89.0% At the differentiation stage, the one-factor formula MS + ZT0.5 mg · L-1 was the highest, and MS + ZT1.0 mg · L- 1 + NAA0.1 mg · L- 1 was most favorable in the combination formula with the induction rates of 5 2 .1%, 95 .3%.
