为明确柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum L.)在低氮处理下的耐胁迫能力,在人工气候室中进行水培试验,对13个柳枝稷品种的总生物量、株高、分蘖数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶表面积、根表面积和根长等8个评价指标做主成分分析,再根据计算出的主成分值做聚类分析。结果表明:总生物量、株高和分蘖数3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为90.84%,可以反映8个评价指标包含的主要信息。根据综合主成分值对13个品种进行评价,各品种综合表现排序依次为:Kanlow、Blackwell、Alamo、BJ-5、BJ-1、Trailblazer、Cave-inRock、Pathfinder、Forestburg、BJ-6、BJ-2、BJ-3、BJ-4。排名结果与实际观测的情况一致。聚类分析将13个品种分为两大类,与主成分分析的结论基本一致,但同时表明柳枝稷耐低氮胁迫性与其生态型的相关性并不明显。
In order to clarify the resistance ability of Panicum virgatum L. to low nitrogen stress, hydroponic experiments were carried out in a climatic chamber. The total biomass, plant height, tiller number, chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis Rate, leaf surface area, root surface area and root length of eight evaluation indicators of principal component analysis, and then calculated according to the principal component values do clustering analysis. The results showed that the cumulative variance of the three principal components of total biomass, plant height and tiller number was 90.84%, which could reflect the main information contained in the eight evaluation indexes. Thirteen varieties were evaluated according to the integrated principal component values. The order of comprehensive performance of each variety was Kanlow, Blackwell, Alamo, BJ-5, BJ-1, Trailblazer, Cave-inRock, Pathfinder, Forestburg, BJ- 2, BJ-3, BJ-4. The ranking results are consistent with the actual observations. Cluster analysis divided the 13 cultivars into two groups, which were basically the same as those of the principal component analysis. However, the correlation between low-nitrogen stress tolerance and ecotypes of switchgrass was not obvious.
