为了探究不同检测条件对裂纹生热特性的影响及其最优化的选择,采用控制变量法探究了提离距离、激励强度和激励时间等检测条件对裂纹区域生热的影响规律。基于检测条件对裂纹生热的影响分析,采用多元非线性回归模型估算了特定检测条件下裂纹检出概率(Probability Of Detection,POD),最终确定了检测条件的优化选择范围。上述检测条件的优化方法为涡流脉冲热像(Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography,ECPT)检测中检测方案的制定提供了理论指导。
In order to investigate the influence of different detection conditions on the heat generation characteristics of cracks and the optimization options, the influence of detection conditions such as lift-off distance, excitation intensity and excitation time on the heat generation in the cracked area was investigated by using control variables. Based on the analysis of the influence of test conditions on the heat generation in the crack, a multivariate non-linear regression model was used to estimate the probability of detection (POD) under specific test conditions, and finally the optimal range of test conditions was determined. The optimization of the above detection conditions provides theoretical guidance for the development of the detection scheme in Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography (ECPT).
