笔者最近翻阅一些案例发现,近年来人武系统预防犯罪工作出现一些新的情况,存在一些不容忽视的问题,应引起各级领导机关的重视,并加以研究解决。一是干部、职工思想不稳定情况突出。分析反映,人武部干部和职工中有的同志感到年龄大,发展没希望,不安心本职工作;有的从上级机关调整到基层,有的从平原调整到山区,有的从边远地区调到偏僻地区,有的甚至从大城市调到小县城,以致产生失望心理,不安心工作。二是预防犯罪工作的组织不健全,工作开展不力。按照规定军队团级单位都要成立政法工作小组,负责本单位预防犯罪工作。但是,目前多数人武部没有建
