随着出版政策的调整,国有出版企业和民营出版企业间的合作出版面临新的机遇和挑战。文章首先剖析完善与发展合作出版供应链的战略意义,然后分析了当前我国合作出版供应链的类型和问题,进而运用供应链原理就当前合作出版供应链如何完善提出了对策。通过上述研究,为国有和民营双方构建个性化合作出版供应链提供思路。
With the adjustment of publishing policies, co-operation between state-owned publishing enterprises and private publishing enterprises is facing new opportunities and challenges. The article first analyzes the strategic significance of perfecting and developing the cooperative publishing and supply chain, and then analyzes the types and problems of the current cooperative publishing and supply chain in our country, and then proposes the countermeasures on how to improve the current cooperative publishing and supply chain by using the principle of supply chain. Through the above research, we can provide ideas for building a personalized supply chain for both state-owned and private enterprises.
