采用计算机辅助二次回归正交设计法系统地研究了 Cr( )与 2 - ( 5-溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基酚 ( 5- Br- PADAP)和 DEA三元配合物显色反应的最佳条件 ,干扰离子影响的消除方法 ,建立了测定 Cr( )的新方法。其最大吸收波长为 595nm,ε595=5.7× 1 0 4 ,其检出限为 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5ml,配合物组成比为 1∶ 2∶ 1。将该方法用于测定合成水样 ,结果令人满意。
The effects of Cr () and ternary complexation of 2 - (5 - bromo - 2 - pyridylazo) - 5 - diethylaminophenol and DEA were systematically investigated by computer aided quadratic regression orthogonal design The best conditions for the chromogenic reaction and the method to eliminate the interference of ions were established. A new method for determination of Cr (Ⅲ) was established. The maximum absorption wavelength was 595 nm, ε595 = 5.7 × 10 4, and the detection limit was 0 ~ 20 μg / 25 ml. The complex composition ratio was 1: 2: 1. The method was applied to the determination of synthetic water samples with satisfactory results.
