针对吉林油田近井地带有机物堵塞比较严重的特点,通过大量的室内实验,研究开发出以亚硝酸盐和铵盐为主,以活性剂、添加剂为辅的热化学体系,并研究了配套的施工工艺,形成热化学采油技术。1992 年至1997 年应用该技术在吉林油田新民、英台等八个采油厂进行现场施工109井次,累增油9635t,平均有效期5 个月(截止当年年末),投入产出比达1∶4。在此基础上又改进了配方和施工工艺,发展成热-酸强化处理技术,进一步提高了施工成功率和增油效果。
Aiming at the serious blockage of organic matter in the near wellbore of Jilin Oilfield, a large number of laboratory experiments have been carried out to develop a thermochemical system which mainly consists of nitrite and ammonium salts, supplemented by active agents and additives, and studies on the matching construction Process, the formation of thermal chemical recovery technology. On the basis of this, the formulation and construction technology have been improved and the heat-acid treatment has been developed to further improve the construction success rate and the oil-enhancing effect.
