某橡胶生产装置职业病危害防护措施及关键控制点分析

目的识别某公司橡胶装置职业病危害因素,并分析职业病危害防护措施的不足及确定关键控制点。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有正己烷、异戊二烯、粉尘、噪声;正己烷检测合格率100%,粉尘检测合格率100%,噪声测量合格率50%。结论该生产装置后处理工序高噪声设备较多,造成噪声叠加,噪声危害应引起企业重视,同时应加强后处理工序防护设施的检修维护,加强通风排毒,保证正常运行。 Objective To identify the occupational hazards of a rubber plant in a company and to analyze the deficiencies of protective measures against occupational hazards and to determine the key control points. Methods Through the field investigation of occupational health and field test, the method was qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated. Results The main occupational hazards in the production process were n-hexane, isoprene, dust and noise. The pass rate of n-hexane was 100%, the pass rate of dust test was 100%, and the pass rate of noise measurement was 50%. Conclusion There are more high-noise equipments in the post-processing procedure of the production plant, causing noise superposition and noise hazards, which should be paid attention to by enterprises. At the same time, maintenance and repair of protective facilities in post-processing procedures should be strengthened to enhance ventilation and detoxification and ensure normal operation.
