本课题通过问卷调查、访问座谈详细了解了太原市民参与健身活动的认识、内容、时间、场所、消费等方面的情况,并进行了统计分析。结果表明:太原市民的体育认识较好,参与健身活动人数较多,但体育人口和体育消费水平较低。当前影响市民体育健身的主要因素是没有时间、学习或工作太累、没有锻炼场所和不懂科学锻炼方法等。为此提出了相应的建议和对策,为更好地落实《全民健身计划纲要》提供决策参考,为提高市民体质水平服务。
Through questionnaire survey and interview, the subject has got a detailed understanding of Taiyuan citizen’s understanding, content, time, place, consumption and so on, and conducted statistical analysis. The results show that: Taiyuan citizens have better understanding of sports, participate in fitness activities more, but the sports population and sports consumption level is low. At present, the main factors that affect the citizen’s sports fitness are lack of time, too tired of studying or working, no exercise places and methods of scientific exercise. To this end, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for decision - making in order to better implement the “National Fitness Program” and to serve the citizens’ physical fitness.
