近年来,随着互联网时代的来临以及电信工业的不断发展,各电信运营商对于基础骨干传输网的建设热情也空前高涨,不论从投资规模、建设范围、技术创新等方面都达到前所未有的高度。通过对铁通第二京沪穗省级骨干传输网建设项目的过程进行基于层次分析的模糊评价,以期达到对此项目的建设过程作出阶段性评价,实现目标可控的目的。

By carrying out the fuzzy evaluation based on the hierarchy analysis on the process of the construction of the second Beijing-Shanghai-spur provincial backbone transmission network of China Railcom, in order to achieve the stage evaluation of the construction of this project and realize the goal of controllable goals.
