Clinically, there are great differences in the nature of bladder tumors. Highly differentiated tumors are usually euploid, and low-grade tumors are associated with aneuploidy. When the tumor develops from poorly differentiated to poorly differentiated, and is in atypical morphological changes, it is difficult to make an accurate judgment based on the current histopathological grading method, which will involve the patient’s treatment and prognosis. In order to further establish an objective grading method to identify the nature of tumors, the authors used a flow cytofluorometric method to measure the ploidy and proliferation of bladder tumor biopsies, and to rinse the exfoliated cells, histopathology and cells of the bladder.
