应用流变学原理,测量不同的高吸水树脂掺量下滑模混凝土在搅拌过程中的转速和扭矩进而得出相对应的塑性粘度和屈服应力,测量这些混凝土振捣拆模塌边高度,得出高吸水树脂掺量对混凝土施工阻力和立模性能的影响,并分析高吸水树脂对混凝土基本性能的影响。结果表明:添加高吸水树脂后,混凝土的屈服应力增加,塑性粘度降低,即添加高吸水树脂后混凝土的施工阻力、立模性能都得到改善。高吸水树脂在不降低混凝土强度的前提下,能够明显改善混凝土的自收缩性能,具有显著的技术经济价值。
Applying the theory of rheology, the rotational speed and torque of the slip-form concrete under different superabsorbent resin contents were measured to obtain the corresponding plastic viscosity and yield stress, and the height of the collapse of these concrete was measured. The effect of superabsorbent resin content on concrete construction resistance and standing mold performance was analyzed. The effect of superabsorbent resin on the basic properties of concrete was also analyzed. The results show that the yield stress of concrete increases and the plastic viscosity decreases when the superabsorbent resin is added, that is, the construction resistance and the standing mold performance of the concrete are improved after the superabsorbent resin is added. Under the premise of not reducing the strength of concrete, superabsorbent resin can obviously improve the self-shrinkage of concrete, which has significant technical and economic value.
